“Vocational Education is the Foundation of Development” Stating that a qualified workforce is essential for the success of these investments, Cevahir added: “In such industrial initiatives, skilled human resources are the most fundamental requirement. Instead of bringing in a workforce from the outside, we must employ the local population. At this point, directing our youth to vocational high schools to receive practical training is of vital importance for local development.”
