Realized in the unique natural setting of the Araklı Plateau in the Black Sea region, this exclusive villa project brings together two precious natural stones of Bayburt in perfect harmony. Gray Bayburt Olive Stone and Ivory Bayburt Tuff Stone were meticulously blended across the exterior cladding, architectural accents, and the outdoor fireplace area.
The bright appearance and natural insulation properties provided by the ivory tuff were perfectly balanced by the noble stance and structural strength of the gray olive stone. The specialized craftsmanship, achieved by arranging cut stones of various dimensions in a horizontal format, created a natural rhythm of color and texture across the large facade surfaces. Furthermore, the rough-cut stonework preferred for the surrounding retaining walls ensured the villa’s organic integration into the rugged mountainous geography. Creating a highly durable and aesthetic armor against the harsh climate conditions of the plateau, this project offers a long-lasting, prestigious living space in the heart of nature.
